My plan is once a Nipper is registered, I am hoping to get that notification from the club registrar and I will then contact the family, share the link to our website, ask them to complete the Nipper registration from, down load the swim assessment form and then once completed, the family submits the form online- similar to how they register for the waitlist.

Is it possible for the family to complete a form with Nipper name, date of birth, date of assessment, name of assessor and then drop the form in a drop box, (photo or scanned document) as evidence.  I a hoping the Form, will produce as a spread sheet with Nipper details (as instructed above) and it will be easy for us to check off and follow up.
